Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request depending on availability — just send us a message ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Both properties feature keyless self check-in. You’ll receive a unique door code via Airbnb messaging the day before your arrival. Simply enter the code on the smart lock to access the property — no need to coordinate schedules or pick up keys.
Yes! Both The Olivian on 4th and The Honey Bee offer free on-site parking. The Olivian has a driveway that fits 2 vehicles, and The Honey Bee has a single vehicle driveway, as well as on street parking.
We love pets, but unfortunately our properties are pet-free to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, especially those with allergies.
Both properties accommodate a maximum of 4 adults. This capacity limit is strictly enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. No parties or commercial photography is allowed on the property. Violations of these policies may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
We have a firm cancellation policy. You can cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made 7-30 days before check-in are eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. We recommend reviewing the specific policy on your Airbnb booking confirmation for full details.
Yes, we have a 2-night minimum stay for most dates. During peak season (June through September) and holiday weekends, a 3-night minimum may apply. Check the Airbnb calendar for specific date requirements.
Absolutely! Both properties are family-friendly. We provide a pack-n-play crib and high chair upon request. The Olivian’s spacious yard is great for kids to play, and both properties have a selection of board games for family game nights.
We provide all the basics and then some — fresh linens, towels, toiletries, a fully stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, dish soap, laundry detergent, and a first aid kit. Just bring your clothes and your sense of adventure!
Both properties feature high-speed WiFi (100+ Mbps) perfect for remote work, video calls, and streaming. Each bedroom has a smart TV with access to popular streaming services including Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and YouTube. Simply log in with your own accounts to enjoy your favorite shows and movies.
For security purposes, outdoor video cameras are on property. There are no recording devices inside the homes.
No smoking, vaping, or candle burning is allowed inside the properties. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to additional cleaning fees. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
